Happy Wednesday, everyone! Hope you’re doing well and that you’re staying warm in the cold and that you’re having a good week. There’s still so much snow left from our big storm two weekends ago, and I’m hearing another is on the way this weekend. A snow day for me is an excuse to stay inside with a cozy blanket and watch romance movies! Some of my family members enjoy being outside and skiing in the winter, but it’s not for me! I tried once, and let’s just say it didn’t stick! Do you enjoy being outside in the winter, or do you like being cozied up inside? During massive weather events like this, I find myself reflecting about why I want to continue living in New England. I’m not particularly fond of snow. The only thing I like about winter is sporting my wide array of warm sweaters. But then I remember — I adore the fall — and I couldn’t get a New England fall anyplace else. And my family is here, too, and I love being close to them. So, New England isn’t all bad. When I watch the snowfall, I like monitoring the totals as the snow continues to accumulate. What does a snow day mean to you? Let us know in the comments, and feel free to share any photos or videos from your area! I’ll post mine, too. Have a great week, everyone!
