While voting may not guarantee the positive changes we want to see, it is vital to shape what we can with our own hands.

Ed Markey is likely to retain his Senate seat, with Seth Moulton trailing in the polls, but the day is not over, and younger candidates like Joe Tache for U.S. Senate are showing what the next generation of leadership looks like.

Coming into this cycle as a news organization, we learned a lot and will stay consistent on issues are too often left behind once election day is over.
