Wesley/PlanetStar/Star LLC today announced a significant evolution of its executive leadership structure designed to better position the organization for long-term growth, innovation, and expansion across its technology, media, communications, aerospace, creative, and consumer businesses.

Effective June 25, 2026, the Company will implement a new governance and executive operating model that separates long-term corporate vision from day-to-day operational leadership.

These changes reflect the Company's continued transition into The Wesley Star System, an integrated family of companies built around media, technology, infrastructure, communications, aerospace, consumer products, and creative services.

A New Governance Structure

Under the new structure, Wesley Alexainder Angel Star, Founder, Owner and Chairman of Wesley/PlanetStar/Star LLC, will assume the newly created position of:

Chief Architect & Star Chief Chair

As Chief Architect & Star Chief Chair, Wesley will continue serving as:

• Founder
• Chairman of the Board
• Majority Owner
• Chief Architect of The Wesley Star System

In this role, Wesley will focus primarily on:

• Long-term company vision

• Corporate architecture

• Major acquisitions

Rather than overseeing daily operations across every business, Wesley will dedicate his time toward designing the Company's next generation of products, services, brands, and technologies while continuing to guide the organization from the highest strategic level.

Darnell Davis Named Chief Executive Officer & Planetary President

The Company is pleased to announce that Darnell Davis has been appointed:

Davis, who brings years of operational and telecommunications experience—including professional experience at AT&T—will oversee the Company's day-to-day business operations across the Wesley Star System.

As Chief Executive Officer & Planetary President, Davis will be responsible for:

The Company also announced the promotion of Cole Albert to the position of System Executive, expanding his leadership responsibilities across the media and services divisions.

Star Inc. serves as the Company's primary media subsidiary responsible for:
